Draft text requiring local legal review before publication.
What information is used?
The form receives name, company, email, optional phone, sector, service selections, budget and project summary to assess the inquiry. Development mode returns a local preview to the browser; it sends no email and does not persist form data.
Delivery and retention
Real submission becomes available only after a provider is configured and tested. Provider, retention period, data controller, request channel and cross-border transfers must be determined by the owner and legal adviser before publication.
Abuse prevention
A one-way IP hash is held in memory for up to 10 minutes for request limiting. Form contents are not written to application logs. The host may maintain separate access logs.
